Eric has provided valuation services across many types of real estate: multi-family apartments, office, industrial, retail strips, shopping centers, mixed-use buildings, special purpose properties, land, and development projects.
He has developed deep expertise in affordable housing valuation, DHCD market studies, and market feasibility reports — a specialized practice area serving the greater public good alongside the firm's private and institutional clients.
Prior to relocating to the Boston area, Eric worked as a Money Broker in London and a Currency Trader in Tel Aviv — a foundation in financial analysis that informs his rigorous approach to real estate valuation today.
